Roles

FLM relies on both paid staff and volunteers. We don't discriminate - it is up to the individual to decide which role suits them. Some people need the income, others prefer to give something back to the community.

The company is run by its directors and cheif executive - all are volunteers themselves.

Paid drivers tend to do the "heavy lift" of our duties. Volunteer drivers tend to fill in the gaps, that said some volunteers prefer to drive regularly.
