FLM supports the white paper of the CTA to help avoid the D1 driver cliff edge
FLM relies totally on the pool of D1 drivers. If that pool dwindles then FLM may not be able to continue. Right now we're generally ok but, as with all community transport we need to be able to continually recruit drivers as time passes. The pool of D1 drivers will dwindle and the UK needs to act now to avoid that precipice.
A big step forward is the CTA's White Paper on the subject. FLM fully supports the position of this paper.
