Saturday 2nd May is a very important day in the history of FLM as it will be the first time we have ever ran a regular scheduled Saturday bus service. This 5 month trial service is funded by the Low Carbon Hub and is the first time for 10 years that some of the villages on the 618 route have had a Saturday service of any kind.
The 611 provides one return journey from North Leigh, Freeland and Long Hanborough to Eynsham. It marks a return for FLM to Freeland and Long Hanborough both part of our original 411 service.
The 618 provides two return journeys to Eynsham from Brighthampton, Standlake, Northmoor, Bablock Hythe, Stanton Harcourt and Sutton along with one return service to Witney. Passengers may connect with the S1 or E1 at Eynsham Church to get to Oxford.
It increases our number of different routes to 6 serving over 30 different communities in West Oxfordshire and the Vale of White Horse.
